Lindsey E. Eberman, PhD, LAT, ATC
Dr. Eberman is the program director for the Post-Professional Doctorate in Athletic Training (DAT) at Indiana State University. Dr. Eberman has been recognized as the GLATA Outstanding Educator Award in 2016, the Caleb Mills Distinguished Teacher Award in 2014, and the Honors Faculty of the Year in 2012. She has facilitated more than 100 theses and research projects with various methods of inquiry. To date, Dr. Eberman’s scholarly productivity includes 2 book chapters, 61 article publications, 66 abstract publications, 18 international presentations, and 99 national/regional/state presentations (includes those with and without associated abstract publications).
In her current role, Dr. Eberman interacts with over 40 post-professional doctoral students annually, 21 of which serve in graduate assistant roles. In this supervisory position, she is responsible for appraising candidates, and mentoring and evaluating employees in various clinical settings. She is also responsible for fostering clinical expertise and advanced practice leadership skills in the graduates of the Doctorate in Athletic Training.
